Simple and flexible. The Bent Branderup® Semibridle... Characterized by its simple yet elegant design. The semibridle is a tool that can accompany many of your horse's training steps. Individually, the semibridle can be used with a bridle or a curb. Placed over a cavesson, the semi-bridle serves as a bit strap, while it can be used as a curb strap when placed over a snaffle bridle. Optionally, the semibridle can be extended with a noseband or semiz cavesson. Quality and durability. For the Bent Branderup® semibridle, the best leather of European origin is used and the highest quality craftsmanship is emphasized.   Metrics:  FULL 110 cm - 123 cm  COB 96 cm - 109 cm Care instructions: Leather straps, such as headjoints and reins, should be cleaned regularly and greased or oiled, depending on the region and climate. Please do not oil too often, as the leather may become too stretchy and threaten to tear. On the contrary, it should not be cleaned exclusively with water, as this can cause the leather to become too dry and brittle.  ATTENTION: Due to storage, brass-coloured fittings may tarnish superficially. This does not affect the quality of the goods. Due to variable lighting conditions during photography, as well as due to production, there may be slight color deviations. Reins and bits are not included in the scope of delivery.

Versatile and gentle for fine training Bent Branderup® Semicavecon The Bent Branderup® Semicavesson is a high-quality training tool that accompanies you and your horse from work in hand to riding. With 2-3 nose rings and 2 movable bosal rings, it enables both ground and lunge work, work in hand and riding with 2-4 reins. You can buckle it into your snaffle and integrate it flexibly into your training. Gentle familiarisation with the bit: The half cavesson is ideal for gently familiarising the horse with the bit. Especially for young horses, who are often not yet used to contact with the bit, the semi cavesson ensures gentle, gradual familiarisation. The aids provided by the semi cavesson, the bosal rings or the bit can always be customised by the trainer. Optimum fit and comfort: The nosepiece of the semi cavesson adapts perfectly to the shape of the horse's nose and lies quietly on the bridge of the nose thanks to its low weight. The core consists of a lightweight chain, which is given sufficient stability by a fine layer of leather and soft foam and at the same time offers sufficient flexibility. This makes the cavesson ideal for fine, differentiated work. The soft padded chin piece can be individually adjusted on both sides using buckles so that the cavesson always sits securely and comfortably. Small noseband loops on the buckles integrate perfectly into the bit straps, giving the semi cavesson a stable hold. It can also be used with any other bridle with suitable openings. Versatile options for use: The many buckling options offer individual customisation to the horse and its needs. This allows you to easily implement bitless riding and work in hand. The distance between the rings has deliberately not been kept too wide, which means that the adjusting effect has a greater impact on the central nose area - just like with a cavesson. Flexibility with the reins: The semi cavesson can either be used with four reins in combination with a bit or with just 2-4 reins if the bit is buckled in ‘blind’, i.e. without reins.
