How long does the delivery take?
You can find the delivery time in the respective article in the shop. Please note that delivery times are working days. In general, the delivery time only applies from receipt of payment, even for the item with the longest delivery time. If you order items with different delivery times and would like to receive items that can be delivered immediately, we ask that you place separate orders.

Can I exchange or return an item?
You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receipt. In this case, the costs of return shipping will be borne by the customer himself. Please add a note to the package explaining why you are sending the item back. In addition, it is necessary that your name is noted on the order/package so that we can allocate the return.
